These terms & conditions (the “T&C” or “Terms”) govern your access and use of our Website and services at Ca.EssaysMasters.com (the “Website”). Please read them carefully.

The Website is owned and operated by Writology Limited (Cyprus Reg. No. HE 360665), 1-3 Boumpoulinas Street, Bouboulina Building, Office 42, P.C. 1060, Nicosia, Cyprus.

By submitting the order form or payment, you confirm that you fully read, understand and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions which form the entire agreement between Ca.EssaysMasters.com and you.

Important notice

Using this service is LAWFUL and NOT in violation of any university or college regulations. You have permission to use our exemplary academic papers in any of the following ways:

  • Acquiring a supplementary understanding of the subject matter;

Price Quote

Prior to placing an order, every client may request a price quote from our Customer Support Team. Depending on the customer’s specifications, our agents will identify an order price and will assist in placing an order (if requested).

Importance of Communication

A client is suggested to communicate with members of our team through the following means of communication:

  2. Email.
  3. Phone calls.
  4. Messaging system.

It is highly important to provide all clarifications on time, reply to the writer’s messages and emails from Support Team to make sure that the final product is up to the required standards and expectations. A client should provide all order materials while placing the order (no later than 10-15% of the deadline passed).

We care for your privacy and never share your personal information with the writers or any third party. All data is kept strictly confidential. Please do not disclose your personal details to the writers directly. All sensitive information is to be provided via Support. Work Process Overview

By purchasing orders on our website, a client agrees to receive the order within such work process:

  1. A customer places the order, indicates all instructions and specifications, and pays for it. A client may request a “preferred writer” to complete his/her order.
  2. A writer starts working on the order.
  3. The customer may request process updates and communicate with the writer regarding order instructions and possible adjustments. The client may be asked to place an additional order if our Writing Department identifies a mismatch in the order price (wrong level of order, number of pages, etc.).
  4. The order is checked for plagiarism and sent to the customer.
  5. The customer may request a plagiarism report from our Customer Support Team. We guarantee plagiarism-free papers on any topic.

Order Urgency

A client may choose the most appropriate order urgency, starting from 3 hours up to 2 months. For more details, please refer to the “Order now” page. If the client expects early delivery (decides to change order urgency), an order price will be recalculated and compensation order should be placed. Ca.EssaysMasters.com delivers all papers on time and within the indicated time frame.

Submitting a Refund Application

  1. Refund application should be submitted within 14 days after the paper deadline expiration. Refund cases concerning plagiarism are not time-restricted. Nevertheless, a credible plagiarism report confirming that the writer has copied some text should be provided by the customer.

*Turnitin as well as iThenticate and WriteCheck are trustful plagiarism detection systems. Such items as correctly formatted direct quotations, references, table of contents, and the parts of paper, i.e. questions cannot be interpreted as plagiarism. Such plagiarism search resource as SafeAssign.com cannot be regarded as reputable as it defines references/direct quotations as plagiarism. Handwritten report on plagiarism cannot be regarded as sufficient proof.

  1. When dealing with continuation orders, the agency has nothing to do with plagiarism detected in the text written by the customer. Only paper sections composed by our writers undergo a plagiarism check.
  2. If a client is discontented with the order, the case will be inspected by our Refund Department that will issue a respective report. In case of validating customer’s claims, the agency will give a full/partial refund. A client will be answered within 3-4 business days after the refund application is submitted.

 

Revisions

  1. A free revision can be requested within 2 days (48 hours) after the order deadline expiration. When this period ends, one should place a compensation order. No further refunds can be given if the writer revises an order for free after this period.
  2. 20+ page-orders can be revised at no cost within a period of 30 days after deadline expiry.
  3. No free revision is made if a client modifies original specifications. If vital assignment files are sent after the order is completed or during the writing process, an additional order is to be submitted to compensate the writer’s work.
  4. When requesting a free revision, a new deadline and detailed revision guidelines are required. In some cases, a revision period may last up to 24 hours because of complicated instructions or impossibility of reassigning the order. Nonetheless, the Ca.EssaysMasters.com will take all measures to send the amended work within the imposed period of time.
  5. It is customer’s duty to check their emails/accounts for possible messages from managers or the writer. However, there are a lot of cases when customers do not provide essential order files at once. A client is the only one who is responsible for giving clear order instructions during the order placement process or at writer’s request.
  6. A customer has a possibility of choosing an “Extended Revision” additional service during the order placement, for only 15% of the order price. It provides a free revision timeframe extension up to 14 days. Nonetheless, requesting a revision should comply with initial requirements. Kindly note whether a client does not claim a revision, additional fee for “Extended Revision” is not refunded. Alternatively, 4 days Extended revision VIP service can be chosen when placing the order.

 

A Full Refund

  1. A full refund can be issued if a customer either places the same order or pays for the assignment twice by mistake. If this is the case, one should reach the Support staff straight away and cancel the order.
  2. If no writer is assigned to the order, a full refund is granted.
  3. If the agency gives a customer a 100% refund, no papers/materials created by our writing service can be further used.
  4. The company can not promise any grades since every university can evaluate the content of papers differently. However, a professor’s feedback is to be considered by the Refund Department when reviewing the complaint. If writer overlooked the instructions provided by a customer, a partial/full refund will be provided.
  5. While applying for a refund, please keep in mind, that we can not revise and refund the order at the same time. The whole order is to be analyzed for the compliance with the provided instructions.
  6. A full refund is not applicable to cases, when Customer did not verify the order on time (the countdown starts from the moment the order gets paid). In cases with late verification, the Writer should either receive the initial deadline or compensation for early delivery.

 

A Partial Refund

  1. A partial refund can be applied if an incorrect number of pages have been indicated during the order submission. According to the word count issue, a part of the assignment price will be refunded by the Ca.EssaysMasters.com.
  2. In case of selecting an improper academic level (e.g., College instead of University), a refund rate can be lowered by the Refund Department.
  3. If opposing guidelines/comments are provided by the client, the refund percentage will be recharged (e.g., attached copies do not correspond to the “Order Description” or user’s letters).

*No order cancellation can be made by a client if there is only 30% of the initial order deadline left and the writer is assigned. Additionally, if a completed assignment is uploaded, an order cannot be cancelled as well.

All tips are non-refundable. The payment for custom writing/editing/proofreading/rewriting/formatting may be refunded only. Tips cannot substitute an additional or compensation order.

 

Late Verification

  1. When late assignment confirmation takes place, (when a client does not answer the questions posed by the Financial Department to justify his/her identity to prevent cheater’s activity), the time frame for completing an assignment starts from the instant the needed verifications are obtained. Due to late verification, either a deadline should be expanded or a compensation order is to be made.

 

Word Count Issues

  1. No visual count of pages is possible, it is made only in accordance with the word number (300 words per page). Nevertheless, it does not apply to technical orders, as they require calculations mostly. According to the complexity of specifications, the price will be set by the Writing Department.
  2. PowerPoint Presentations. One has to pay for the speaker notes. This option can be selected by the customer when making a PPT order. The writer is to provide 100-150 words of speaker notes below every slide.
  3. Online tests as well as “multiple choice questions” are calculated according to the number of questions (5 questions per 1 page). For instance, a customer needs to submit a 2-page order if the task contains 10 questions.

 

Delivery/Deadline

  1. Compensation is to be made for the early delivery option. If a client wants to get the order earlier, the price will be reset and additional order placement will be required. In case the writer completes the assignment before the deadline without any extra payment, no future refund can be given.
  2. If the paper has been delivered after the deadline without customer’s consent, at least a partial refund is to be provided. The difference in price will be recharged according to the “Pricing” section of the website.

 

Order Important Information

  1. When using our writing services, customers should select a correct assignment type (e.g., a customer picked an “Essay” instead of a “PowerPoint Presentation”).
  2. When dealing with “Rewriting” orders, a writer rewords client’s piece of writing. If a customer requests a writer to conduct further research or add new paper sections, i.e. write some units from scratch, a compensation order is required.
  3. Every client is asked to check their profiles and e-mails for the messages that can be sent by the support representatives. We do appreciate customer’s timely responses, especially in cases when the topic selected by the writer has to be approved by the client.
  4. No refund can be provided in case no payment for the order is received.

Stored Credentials

How long will card details be stored?

  1. We never store your credit/debit card information or any other payment-related information on our site. The only personal data stored by our site is your name and surname chosen when making your first order with us.
  2. We work with credit card payment processors who are certified under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).
  3. The transactions are processed by the third-party, legally authorized entities such as Avangate/2Checkout, SafeCharge, BlueSnap.
  4. Additional information in regards to stored credentials use can be found in T&C of the payment processor you choose when check out.

VIP Account

A free draft option in a “VIP Account” is not applicable to the following order types: formatting, proofreading, editing, revision, rewriting, online test, multiple choice questions, PDF/PPT poster, PowerPoint Presentation, and excel exercises. In addition, free draft cannot be provided in orders with 3-8 hour urgency due to a limited time frame provided to complete the assignment.
